LoanStreet automatically generates and then maintains a virtual dataroom for each loan. When initially publishing the loan or when updating the information, you simply navigate to the Dataroom tab of the LoanFile for each loan.
Once there, select the appropriate folder (or create a new one) and then “drag and drop” from your desktop into that folder or alternatively you can select the upload file button to navigate to a particular file or files to upload. You can also move files and folders from a particular folder to any sub-folder by using the “drag and drop” function directly on the web page.
LoanStreet counts the number of files in each folder and its subfolders so you always know exactly how many files are within each folder. Plus, you can download the entire dataroom maintaining the folder structure for your convenience.
LoanStreet automatically sends notices to each syndicate member of any dataroom updates.
