At LoanStreet, you do not have to wait for someone to search and find your loan. Invite registered and even unregistered institutions to view your loan for purchasing.
To invite someone to view your loan, navigate to your loan by selecting Sell Side -> Post Origination Portfolio and selecting the loan. Select the Syndicate tab and click on New Invitation.
From there, you can send New Invitations to registered institutions, groups of institutions or even unregistered email addresses. Remember, you can only send invitations to institutions which have access to your loans either Basic or Full. Unregistered email addresses will automatically be provided with Basic Access to that loan upon registering with LoanStreet.
You can track your invited institutions’ interest in the loans by returning to Syndicate and checking whether they have viewed the loan or even the dataroom.
