If you are interested in purchasing a loan but only have Basic Access and want greater information before making that purchase, you can request that the loan originator provide you with Full Access by visiting the Dataroom tab of the LoanFile.
The loan originator will receive a notice of your request for Full Access along with any personal message you have included. The loan originator can then choose to engage in a discussion with you using the messaging functionality provided by LoanStreet, grant your request immediately or simply ignore it. LoanStreet will provide you with a notification upon any approval for Full Access.
